HI! I'm Eddie. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. When I was in college I played rugby and was in pretty good shape. I was always into fitness. And it seemed easy. That’s probably because I was running my ass off and lifting weights several times a week with zero disposable income to spend on anything worth eating. Well, I graduated, stopped working out and pretty much just let myself go.
One day I looked at myself in the mirror and thought "what the f**k" . I needed to get my shit together. But I couldn’t do what I did in college. I just didn’t have enough hours to outwork my crappy diet. So, I tried all the things; every magazine workout, fad diet and juice cleanse I could get my hands on.
Some things worked. But nothing stuck for very long. I was frustrated and hungry half the time. When I wasn't hungry I was stuffing myself full of crap food because "why not? nothing works".
It wasn't until I started to take things into my own hands and start studying that I really understood nutrition. I started working out more efficiently and intelligently. And finally got myself back to where I wanted to be.
So, trust me, I've been there and can help you. I dropped weight, put on muscle and decided to take my knowledge to help others. There is so much crap out there it's hard to cut through the BS.
I'm basically just a regular guy who loves beer and tacos. If you're tired of restrictive diets and want to learn about a more flexible approach, I can help.
Do I eat junk food and drink beer all the time? No. But I also don't restrict myself from foods I enjoy. You should be able to go out with your friends and indulge without feeling guilty.
